Skills Development Program
1.Women Empowerment:
Educating & Training the women section who are Orphaned, Economically Backward, divorced, widowed without income source, remote villages without any such opportunities within their vicinity etc. in the age group 16-45 with different Job Based Short Term Courses Like Nanny Training, Montessori Teacher Training, Yoga Instructor, Beauty Parlour Course, Basic Spoken English to crack interviews in BPO/ Retail Sectors, Basic Computer Knowledge etc.
2. Childhood Education:
Focus in on the govt sector schools in Assam, where children are deprived of getting much exposure to English. Most of the time, after completing the their high school education, they need to crack interviews for all types of Govt, Pvt Jobs which are in English & due to this drawback they often get rejected. Therefore, with the aim of sending volunteer educators to schools to impart basic/ Advanced Spoken English lessons to make them confident & job Ready. Moreover, we have tie ups with Emax Education to impart early education guidance to Primary schools in accordance with NEP.
